Do you have ayuverdic alternatives to medicines such as Plavix, Aspirin, and Lisinopril for someone who suffered from a heart attack?

I have been taking these for 4 years now but over the years it has worsened my digestive tract and now I am not able to digest anything. Can you fix this? I want to get off those medicines because it is the cause of all my problems.
