As a starting point, write down each each major lifestyle category and take time to analyze your habits. For example, 1. Diet 2. Sleep 3. Work 4. Social etc etc Then go back and takes notes under each regarding your current habits. Under Diet, examples would be: eating too many carbs, not eating according to my dosha (body type), or not getting enough water intake. And so on for the other categories. Now you essentially have your goals written in front of you, and a Health Practitioner can guide you holistically to improving your health on all levels.
