I read Dr. Jain's article here about Moringa and its benefits. The container I purchased has a serving size of 1 tablespoon and recommends it to be mixed with smoothies. My question is how much should an adult take it per day and also the best way to take it. Is it as potent and effective if we mix it with food and cook it, say in oatmeal or dal, or curry? or is it better taken without cooking? Appreciate it if you could clarify my doubts.
